The Truth About What’s Really In Your Vitamin Pills

Plus - how to boost your immunity with an alternative that delivers the nutritional punch of WHOLE FOOD!

Dear Health-Conscious Reader,

Sorry to break the bad news…

But you might be throwing away money on vitamin supplements that don’t deliver the health benefits they promise.

This is because many products on supermarkets and pharmacy shelves use vitamins isolated in a laboratory.

These chemical-based versions do NOT work in the same way as vitamins found in food.

What’s more, many manufacturers use stabilisers, fillers and colouring to make their products last longer on the shelf.

It's my belief - and the medical profession's, too - that eating food in its natural state is best for being better protected against disease. But eating enough fruit and vegetables every day is not realistic for a lot of people.

To make sure you’re topped up on the nutrients you need for good health, I recommend Together’s WholeVit & Minerals, a 100% vegetable-derived multivitamin supplement.

- It’s made from raw and complex whole foods, not an isolated vitamin made in a lab.

- Using carefully controlled low temperatures, it preserves the natural goodness of fresh food – for instance, all the live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors.

- It’s highly bio- available, which means the vitamins and minerals are better absorbed, retained and utilised by your body.

- It’s Non GMO and vegetarian, with no added chemicals

- It’s free from pesticides and herbicides

-It’s benefits are supported by over 50 scientific studies

In short. this is a wonderful alternative to regular supplements that packs the nutritional punch of real food.

You should find it more gentle on your stomach and better for your health and wellbeing.

To find out for yourself, it’s available today for a month-long home trial, so you can see how good you feel without risking your money.

Why all vitamins are not the same

In the 1920s, scientists started isolating the nutritional components in food that were responsible for healing.

For instance, they knew that vitamin C could treat scurvy, so they assumed that a strong dose of the isolated vitamin would function like a medicine.

But it doesn’t quite work like that…

If you take vitamin C from a fruit, synthesise it in a laboratory, then eat it... it isn't the same as the vitamin C you get from a fresh orange.

Humans have been eating whole foods for a long time. The process of absorbing vitamins is complex. In nature, vitamins work alongside many other compounds to deliver the nutrients you need.

So if you take synthesised Vitamin C and stick it into a pill, it doesn't include all the phytonutrients that come with natural vitamin C.

You miss those "Co-factors" – like bioflavonoids and isoflavonoids – that are found in raw food, but not in the isolated vitamin.

This is why I always recommend natural vitamins that are derived from whole food, like ’s WholeVit & Minerals.

 For faster, more efficient absorption…

Natural vitamins are more "bio-available" than artificially created ones. This means that they are more quickly and efficiently absorbed by your body.

Take vitamin E for example...

It’s vital for a strong immune system, making your cells less susceptible to free radicals.

But when you buy a synthetic vitamin E, all you get is something called d-alpha-tocopheryl, which is only 50% bioactive.

However, in its natural state, the natural d-alpha-tocopheryl is 100% bioactive.

In addition, natural vitamin E comes with "tocopherols" including d-beta, d-delta, and d-gamma. These support a healthy immune system response, control inflammation and help fight free radicals.

This is just one example of how you get more health benefits from the natural form of a vitamin than with the synthetic form.

The trouble is, many supplements are advertised as 'natural' when they are anything but.

This because the law sees no difference between a product made in a laboratory and one extracted from a carrot. So they allow chemically manufactured vitamins to be called natural...

But there is a way you can be absolutely sure that you’re getting the full nutritional hit…

Using this principle, take raw fruit and vegetables, pulp them, then fortify them with extra vitamins.

There are no added binders, fillers, glazing agents or additives. Just gently powdered whole food that delivers those complex compounds your body needs.
